Wilburn Daniels

Wilburn Earl Daniels, age 71, of Speedwell, TN, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, peacefully at his home.  He was born April 27, 1950, the son of the late Welzie and Gladys Daniels.

Wilburn Earl was a beloved father, husband, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend to many.  He believed in the Pentecostal faith and attended Shawanee Pentecostal Church in Harrogate, TN.

In addition to his parents, Wilburn Earl is preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa (Missy) Wyatt, brother, Arvin Lee Daniels; sisters, Francis Marcum, Trula Farrell, and Jeanette Smallwood.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Mary Sue Daniels; daughters, Betty Jo (Jerry) Johnson, Vickie (Tommy) Elliott, and Tonya Leeann Wyatt; son, David (Regina) Daniels; brothers, Stanley Daniels and Larry (Imogene) Daniels; sister, Thelma Jean Partin; special granddaughters, Paige (Zack) Marsee, Amanda Brooks, MaKayla Elliott and Audriana (Cookie) Miller; special grandson, David Brooks III; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

The family of Wilburn Earl Daniels will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m., with Reverend Tim Long presiding.  Interment  for Wilburn Earl Daniels will be in the Harrogate/Meador Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Elliott, Daniel Partin, Zack Marsee, David Brooks, David Earl Daniels and Tommy Belcher.

Honorary pallbearers will be Arnold Lee Smallwood, Parker Marsee and Weston Marsee.
