Rose Daniels

Rose Daniels, 60, of Gray, KY, passed away Friday, October 30, 2020 at the Middlesboro ARH after an extended illness.

She was born February 22, 1960, in Middlesboro, KY, the daughter of the late Quillen “Quill” Vanover and Anna Mae Smith Vanover.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Terry Daniels, and brothers: Quill Vanover, Jr.; Virgil Vanover, Ernest Vanover and Ben Vanover.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

Her Longtime Companion: Richard Helton

2 Daughters: Terri (Doug) Alsman and Lora Nimety

Grandchildren: Dustin Massengill, Jr.; Michael Mize, Kianna Nimety, Brecken Nimety, Brianna Hardaker, Noah Rhodes and Nathan Rhodes.

2 Great Grandchildren: James Mize and Levi Hamblin

3 Sisters: Mary (Howard) Warwick, Alma Upton and Peggy (Amos) Henderson

2 Special Nieces: Candy Potts and Teresa Lynn Berry.

And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The Family of Rose Daniels, would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Shanshal, Dr. Charles A. Moore and the all of the Nurses and Staff of The University of Kentucky Medical Center, the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital and Home Health.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Justin Warwick presiding.  Music will be provided by the Warwick Family.

The family will meet at the Cawood Funeral Home at 10:45 a.m. Thursday, November 5, 2020 for a procession to the Green Hills Memorial Gardens where graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m.  Pallbearers will be Justin Warwick, Joe Warwick, D.J. Warwick, David Warwick, Michael Mize and Dustin Massengill, Jr.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, at the Cawood Funeral Home.

Cawood Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
