Patricia Turner

Patricia Ann Turner, age 71, of McKinney, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family, on May 12, 2023.  She was born on August 23, 1951, in Middlesboro, Kentucky to the late William Lester Rains, Sr. and Elizabeth Desoto Rains.

Patricia was a woman of many talents.  She was both a musician and an artist.  She loved to paint, play the guitar and sing.  In her free time, she enjoyed fishing and watching Gunsmoke.  She is remembered for her generous spirit and giving nature.  She loved her family deeply and there was nothing she would not do for them.

Patricia is preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Donald Edward Turner, Sr.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Ann (Othon) Saldivar; son, Donny (Jean) Turner; grandchildren, Maria (Justin) Davies, Alex Saldivar, Adam Saldivar, Samantha (Brady) Ramirez, Danielle (Michael) Henley, and Gabrielle Turner.

The family of Patricia Ann Turner will receive friends on Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel, Middlesboro, Kentucky.  Funeral services will immediately follow with Reverend Greg Coots presiding.  Family and friends will travel in procession to the Turner Cemetery, Middlesboro, Kentucky, where Patricia will be laid to rest.
