Lillian Overton

Lillian Marie Overton, 71, of Middlesboro, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 27, 2020.  She was a loving, caring, kind, generous, compassionate, selfless woman with a heart of gold, who always put God and her family first.  She was a born-again Christian woman, who never lost her faith and her family was her most prized possession.  She is now reunited with her “Handsome Honey” Larry Overton, who preceded her in death on December 20, 2019

She was born August 15, 1949 and was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mary Griffin Partin, brother; Willie Partin and sister; Glenda Faye Partin.

She is survived by her 7 Children: Claude Elvis Dixon, Lewis (Kathy) Dixon, George Dixon, Rockie Overton, Lynn Overton (Roger) Thomas, Dusty Overton and Gary Overton.

She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 31, at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Paul Gilbert presiding.  Interment will follow at her homeplace.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Thursday, at the Cawood Funeral Home.

All mandated Covid-19 regulations, including masks and social distancing, will be observed.
