Judy Collins

Judy Collins, age 83, of Middlesboro, KY, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023, at the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital in Middlesboro, KY. She was born November 17, 1939, the daughter of the late James and Clara (Smith) Earle.

Judy was a member of Millers Chapel Baptist Church. She loved church and she loved tending to her flowers and making crafts. Most of all, she loved spending time and making memories with her family.

In addition to her parents, Judy is preceded in death by her husband, David Collins; daughters, Carolyn Redmond and Rita Sutton; brothers, Clyde Earle, Steve Earle and Roy Eugene Earle; and sisters, Joyce Partin and Sarah Conaster.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Randol (Brenda) Collins and Jerry (Jessica) Collins; son-in-law, Henry Redmond; grandchildren, Amy (Steven) Hemphill, B. J. (Susan) Collins, Crystal Collins, Joanna Sutton, Peyton Collins and Jayson Collins; nine great-grandchildren and two great, great-grandchildren; brothers, Joe Earle and Troy Earle; special nephews, Greg Earle and Daniel Earle; and special sisters-in-law, Eva Earle and Phyllis Earle.

The family of Judy Collins will receive friends on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend John Terry and Bob Terry presiding. Music will be provided by the Terry Family.

Family and friends will go in procession immediately following the funeral service to the Oakview/Yeary Cemetery in Middlesboro, KY, where the graveside service will be held.
