John William Knop

John William Knop, 75 years old, of Bell County, passed away on June 9, 2022.

John was born in Yonkers, New York on September 14, 1946. He married Barabara Knop on January 12, 1990. He was involved in history, old country music, playing cards with his wife and kids, loved being with his kids and grandkids.

John is preceded in death by his mother and father, Hans & Etta Knop. John is survived by wife, Barbara Knop, daughters Amanda Miracle and Brittany McGarrh, brother Richard Knop, nephew Richard Knop Jr., step daughters and son, Nancy Wagers, Donna Hatfield, and Eli Wilson Jr., grandchildren Phillip Brock, Nancy Leija, Jose Jr. Leija, great grandchildren Joshua Miracle, Hailey Miracle, Anthony Miracle, Julian, and Paige Miracle, and many others.

The family of John Knop wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the doctors and nurses at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY for of their wonderful care and to the many of people that donated to the GoFundMe for the expenses of the cremation.
