Frances Kelley

Frances Sue Kelley, age 66, a resident of New Tazewell, Tennessee, passed away at her home on Wednesday, October 27, 2021.

She was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky on July 23, 1955, to the late Clyde and Minnie Bell Turner Price.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Bobby Price and Danny Price.

She was of the Baptist faith and attended the Clairfield Missionary Baptist Church in Clairfield, Tennessee.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

2 children: Scotty (Felicia) Daniels and Jennifer Daniels

8 grandchildren

4 great-grandchildren

5 sisters

1 brother

And a host of other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at the Mountain View Cemetery in Harrogate, Tennessee. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
