Ethel Creech

Ethel Creech, 86, of Hulen, KY, passed away Saturday, April 30, at her home.

She was born January 13, 1936 in Chenoa, KY, the daughter of the late Cleveland and Lucy Baker Willis.  She was a longtime believer in the Holiness Faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Eugene Creech; six Daughters: Peggy Bailey, Bernice Johnson, Jeanette Taylor, Kathryn Cupp, Susan Robinson and Vera Daniels; two, Grandchildren: Warren J. Cupp and Rebecca Muncy.  Five Brothers, two Sisters and three sons-in-law: Charles Johnson, Gary Taylor and Raymond White.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

3 Children: Phyllis White, Kenneth “Rocky” Creech and Joy Creech

Grandchildren: Jason Taylor, Misty Lee, Eric Cupp, Stacy Cupp, Aaron Barnes, Corey Bailey, Brent Daniels, Adam Lawson, Kristie Creech, Brooklyn Brock and Travis Brock.

Three Brothers: Wilburn Willis, Donald Willis and Vernon Willis

And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at the Cawood Funeral Home with the Rev. Phillip Jackson presiding.  Interment will follow in the Willis Cemetery at Chenoa, KY.  Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, at the Cawood Funeral Home.
