Donna Durham

Donna Kay Hunley Durham, age 51, of Harrogate, TN passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at the Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.  She was born September 5, 1969 in Marion, IN, daughter of the late Grover and Mary Hunley.

She believed in the missionary Baptist faith and was saved October 10, 1981.   Donna worked for 26 years at Cumberland Gap Provisions/Smithfield, where she became friends with many special people whom she loved like her family.

She loved going to the lake and fishing.  She also loved singing, telling jokes and making people laugh; she never met a stranger.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her Sister, Dianna Campbell; Brother, Randy Hunley; Grandparents, Odis and Goldie Maddin, and Frank and Francis Hunley; Uncles, Lewis Hunley, Sherman Hunley, Earl Hunley, Rob Hunley and Donald Maddin; Aunt, Lydia Combs and Sister-in-law, Yvonne Hunley.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

The family of Donna Kay Hunley Durham will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel in Middlesboro, KY.  Funeral services will immediately follow at 7:30 p.m. with Rev. Robert Miracle and Rev. David Hatfield presiding.  Music will be provided by the Brownies Creek Missionary Baptist Church.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the Balkan Cemetery in Miracle, KY.  Pallbearers will be Josh Grubbs, Travis Owens, Matthew Minton, Bobby Russell, Johnny Hunley, Larry Hunley, Jimmy Hunley, Mike Cupp, Robert Southerland, Steve Sulfridge, Jonathan Mullins and Ronnie Murphy.

Family requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Cawood Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.

All mandated Covid-19 regulations, including masks and social distancing, will be observed.
