Charity Hensley

Ms. Charity Murphy Hensley age 86 of Georgetown, KY passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020 in Georgetown.  She was born December 25, 1933 the daughter of the late Henry Murphy and Lula Slusher Murphy.

Ms. Hensley was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Tip Hensley, son Darrell Hensley and several brother and sisters.

She leaves behind:  one granddaughter Crystal Hensley, grandson Jason Hensley; two great grandchildren: Kailey Kelly and Brittany Hensley; great grandson Darrell James Hensley II.  One brother: RB Murphy (Jackie) and three sisters:  Frankie Andrews, Dorothy Cox (J.C.) and Maggie Smith. In addition to a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Sunday, January 5, 2020 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Creech Funeral Home, Middlesboro, KY.  Funeral service will follow at 1:00pm in the Creech Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Gibbons presiding.  Music will be provided by The Gibbons Family.  Graveside services will follow in the Cubbage Cemetery, Cubbage, KY.
