Anna Fields

Anna M. Fields, age 82, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, October 10, 2021. She was born in Fonde, Kentucky on May 2, 1939.

She was married to the late Lewis E. Fields.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Alonzo and Flora Lyke of Fonde, Kentucky and siblings.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

Children: Anna, Darlene and Kenny Holloway of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Susan and Tim Johnson of Clairfield, Tennessee and Stephanie Fields of Tazewell, Tennessee.

Grandchildren: Nicholas and Tania Holloway of Surprise, Arkansas, Adam Holloway of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Jennifer and Morgan Lay of Jellico, Tennessee, Ashley Brock of Clairfield, Tennessee and Joseph and Samantha Johnson of Richmond, Kentucky.

Great-grandchildren: Savannah, Sophia, Madelyn, Katherine, Presley, Kinley, Chayah, Phoenix and Atlas.

And a host of many other relatives and friends.

She was very loved and will be greatly missed.

Per her request, a graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Monday, October 11, 2021 in the gazebo at Green Hills Memorial Gardens in Middlesboro, Kentucky with Rev. Lonnie Lyke presiding.
