Thelma Triphena Hamlet, 77 of Middlesboro, KY, passed away Friday, April 30, 2021 at the Middlesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility.
She was born May 31, 1943 in Middlesboro, KY, the daughter of the late Carlos P. and Edna Jeanette Berry.
She is survived by the following members of her family:
2 Children: Darrell Hamlet of Louisville, KY and Crystal (Greg) Miracle of Pineville, KY
Grandson: Dylan Miracle
Sister: Charlotte (Carl) Raines of Middlesboro, KY
Brother: Tony (Tammy) Berry of Middlesboro, KY
And a host of Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Jimmy Hurst presiding.
