Tavis Hart, age 54, of Middlesboro, KY, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at his home. He was born October 1, 1970, the son of Richard Don Hart and DyAnne Davis DeSavigny.
Tavis was a magnificent husband, devoted son, loving father, and the absolute best Grumps (grandfather).
Tavis is survived by his loving wife, Lisa; children, JayDee, Karrah, Jacob, and Gage; mother, DyAnne; father, Don; ten wonderful grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
To know Tavis was to love him. A celebration of life for Tavis will be held at a later date.
