Rev. William “Billy” Hubbard, age 85, of Pineville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, October 28, 2019 at the Pineville Community Health Center in Pineville, Kentucky.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Middlesboro, Kentucky.
