Phyllis "Phil" Wilder

Phyllis “Phil” Wilder, age 70, of Miracle, KY, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024, peacefully at her home. She was born December 11, 1953, to Edith and Earl Wilder. Phyllis was a loving sister and aunt and a believer of the Baptist faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl Wilder and Edith Wilder Taylor; and her sister, Karen McCarty.

Phyllis is survived by her brother, Jim (Laurie) Wilder of Clay, KY; sister, Dana Ward of Miracle, KY; nephews, Sean (Heather) McCarty, Patrick McCarty, Jeremy (Ramona) Wilder, Ryan (Courtney) Wilder, and Tyler Lee; niece, Morgan (Justin) Lasley; great nephew and niece’s, Jesse, Bryar, Parker, Kinzley, Adalyn, and Olivia, which she treated like her owns kids and grandkids; special sister, Goldina (Marion) Lawson; and a host of other family and friends.

Per her request there will be no visitation or funeral services. A private burial will be held at the Wilder Family Cemetery.
