Patricia "Pat" Ann Jacobs

Patricia “Pat” Ann Jacobs, age 81, of Middlesboro, KY passed away peacefully at Middlesboro ARH Hospital on Friday, August 22, 2025. She was born on August 4, 1944, in Farmington, MI, to the late Arthur and Maxine Purdy Jacobs.

Pat was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, Middlesboro, KY. She could often be found visiting with friends and participating in activities at Just Family Adult Day Services in Middlesboro, Ky. She was a fan of Elvis Presley and enjoyed listening to his music. Above all, she loved spending time with her family, both near and far, and closest friends who meant the world to her.

In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her four sisters, Shirley Jacobs, Mary Craft, Delores Vogler, and Katherine Sheppard and her brother, John Jacobs.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, William (Vonita) Roark; daughters, Jodi (Mike) Hamlin and Jennifer (Daniel) Jenkins; grandchildren, Morgan (Tyler) McNew, Jordan (Maggie) Roark, Brittany (Cody) McCoy, Brandon (Dara) Roark, Jacob Roark, Dakota Roark, and Dalton Roark; great-grandchildren, Zailan McNew, Bailey Roark, Lane McCoy, Millie McCoy, Maggie McCoy, and Ellie McCoy; and special friend, Eileen Rains as well as a host of other family and friends.

Per the family’s request, all services for Pat Jacobs will be private.
