Nancy Ann Warwick, age 73, of Harrogate, TN passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN, after a battle with COVID. The daughter of the late Albert and Chanie Bayless.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Warwick; brother, Robert Bayless; and sister, Linda Cosby.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Paul Phillip Warwick; five brothers, Don (Ruby) Bayless of Harrogate, TN, Dan (Sandra) Bayless of Middlesboro, KY, Dennis Bayless of Middlesboro, KY, Alan Bayless of Middlesboro, KY, and James (Connie) Bayless of Corryton, TN; two sisters, Lee Hunley of Middlesboro, KY, and Willena Bayless of Middlesboro, KY; her daughters, Polly (Brian) Pace of Arthur, TN, Tammy Warwick of Middlesboro, KY, Marsha (Eric) Johnson of Middlesboro, KY, Andrea (Eric) Wolfenbarger of Mooresburg, TN, Jamie (Brandon) Fricke of Speedwell, TN; and son, Joseph (Samantha) Warwick of Harrogate, TN, and 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Nancy grew up in Fork Ridge, TN and professed faith in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was a member of the Noetown Freewill Baptist Church in Middlesboro, Kentucky. She was a humble person that enjoyed her family most of all, always proud of her children and grandchildren. She left this life to hold her lord’s hand and rejoice in the moment, reunited with her son. She was known by her son in laws for her awesome cooking skills especially for her Christmas Eve, Chicken and Dumplings & Chili dinner.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 11, 2022, beginning at 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel in Middlesboro, KY. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Terry Warwick presiding and music will be provided by Tyler Warwick, Dakota Heck, David Gilbert.
Interment will be held the following morning, Saturday, February 12, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the Harrogate/Meador Cemetery, located at 430 Fulton Rd, Harrogate, TN 37752.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Willis, Jonathan Johnson, Jacob Hatfield, Kyle Warwick, and Liam Fricke. Honorary Pallbearers will be Brian Pace, Eric Johnson, Eric Wolfenbarger, and Brandon Fricke.
The Family would like to express special thanks to the University of Tennessee Medical Center and Howard H. Baker Cancer Treatment Center and their staff for the level of service and care given to her during her battle with breast cancer and COVID.
