Michael Partin

Michael Ray Partin, age 60, of Chenoa, KY passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019 at the UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.

He was born on July 15, 1958, in Pineville, KY, the son of the late Clay Partin and Beatrice Overton. He loved to fish, hunt and four-wheel with his grandchildren. He was also a faithful member and deacon of the Primroy Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his son, Christopher Ray Partin; Brothers, Raliegh Partin, Harold Partin, Earl Partin and Thomas Partin; and niece, Shiela Partin.

He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Mary Partin of Chenoa, KY; Son, Josh (Amber) Partin of Pineville, KY; Grandchildren, Adrea Marie Partin, Emily Faith Partin, Colton Ray Partin, Raelee Christine Partin and Paisley Alexis Partin; Mother, Beatrice Partin of Chenoa, KY; Sister, Georgia Partin of Chenoa, KY; Brothers, Ronnie Mac (Joyce) Partin of Virginia, Jerry (Phayna) Partin of Chenoa, KY and Larry Partin; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel in Middlesboro, KY.

Per the request of the the family, the funeral service will be private with Rev. Bernley Lambdin and Rev. Leonard Siler presiding. Music will be provided by Lois King and John D. Browning. Pallbearers will be Eddie Hurst, Adam Hurst, Isaac Hurst, Shawn Hurst, Jason Partin, Rev. Wesley Miracle and Colton Partin. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jack Stump, John Maiden, Wesley Miracle, Doug Felton, Steven Howard, Dennis Miracle, Eddie Hurst, Albert Wilson and Rodney Miracle.

Graveside services will immediately follow the funeral service at the Wilson Cemetery in Frakes, KY.
