James Clifton Leach, age 47, of Middlesboro, KY, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 2, 2026. He was born on June 18, 1978, the son of the late James Edward and Rosemary Shackelford Leach.
In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Raney.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Jeremiah Leach; life-partner, April Kilgore; sister, Mary (Glen) Weaver; special uncle, Vantoy Shackelford; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held for James Clifton Leach on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel in Middlesboro, KY.
Interment will be private.
