Izabela Martinez

Izabela Maria Teresa Martinez, age 14, a resident of Middlesboro, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2019 in her sleep.

She was born on February 24, 2005 to her parents, Paul Anthony Martinez and Bobbie Jean Hoskins.

She believed in God and was a member of the Abundant Harvest Church. Bela had a love for people and made everyone around her smile! She truly touched each person that she met. In addition to her love for people, she also loved to draw and make jewelry.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

Mother: Bobbie Jean Hoskins

Father: Paul Anthony Martinez

Step-mother: Kim Thacker

Grandparents: Judy (Darrell) Mason and Tim Hoskins

Brothers: Jacob Thacker, Bane Martinez and Viktor Martinez

Sisters: Courtney Thacker, Hailey Thacker, Selene Martinez, Azrael Martinez and Samara Hoskins

Aunt: Betty Hoskins

Uncles: Derrick Brock, Johnathan Gambrel, Paul Storms and Joe Codemi

Many cousins, and a whole lot of people that loved her dearly!

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at the Bell Central School Center on Highway 25E in Pineville, Kentucky. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 7:00 p.m. with Mr. John Baird presiding. Music will be provided by Mickey Wilder and her Principal, Jennifer Blankenship.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the Mason Family Cemetery in Pineville, Kentucky. Pallbearers will be Paul Storms, Joe Codemi, Paul Martinez, Kevin Barnett, Deon Coffman, Derrick Brock, Kaden Handshoe and Hunter Brock. Honorary pallbearers will be Bela’s 8th grade class from Bell Central.
