Helen Meradith

Helen (Thompson) Meradith, age 89, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019. She was born on November 29, 1929 to the late George W and Julia (Pittman) Thompson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reed Meradith.

She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church and at age 88 she reached her goal and received her GED.

Left to mourn her passing are her four daughters and families. The daughters are Marty Marqueling and Reeda Robbins of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Clora and Roger Werling of New Haven, Indiana and Joyce Hensley of Georgetown, Kentucky. She has 10 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.

Per the request of Ms. Meradith, a private graveside service will be held on Sunday at the Meredith-Buell Cemetery in Calvin, Kentucky with Elder John Robbins officiating.
