Hassie Thomas

Hassie Thomas, age 97, of Middlesboro, KY passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020 at the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital in Middlesboro, KY.  She was born at Cubbage, KY on June 23, 1923, the daughter of the late Granville and Bertha (Green) Miracle.

She was a believer in the Primitive Baptist Faith.  She loved to baked pies for her family and followed UK basketball.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde F. Thomas; son, Charles R. Thomas; sisters, Gladys Buell, Hazel Wilder and Dessie Thompson; and brothers, Curtis Miracle and Cleston Miracle.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

Son, Marvin (Janet) Thomas

Daughter, Dortha (Jerry) Thompson

5 Grandchildren

8 Great-Grandchildren

2 Great, Great-Grandchildren

And a host of other relatives and friends.
