Gathel Parks

Gathel Sue Parks, age 79, from Pineville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at the Tri-State Nursing and Rehab Center in Harrogate, Tennessee. She was born May 10, 1939 to the late Ligel North and Cloa Caldwell. She was a member of the Jenson Pentecostal Holiness Church and she loved her kids and grandchildren very much.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Kent Thomas Parks, Jr. and Lewis Parks; and her grandson, Robert DeWayne Frazier.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

Daughters: Sherry Frazier, Tammy North and Shannon Fuston

Grandchildren: Danielle Smith, Brittany Givens, Crystal Lawson, Amy Mayes, Amber Jordan, Hannah Fuston, Sabrina Parks, Collen Parks, Matthew Parks, Hayley Rose Smith and Ashton York.

Great Grandchildren: Olivia Smith, Jeremiah Smith, Kelan Smith, Heather Lawson, Kaleigh Lawson and Isabella Mayes.

And a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
