Elizabeth Miracle, age 90, of Middlesboro, KY, passed away at her home on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was born June 1, 1933, the daughter of the late Robert and Betty Jones. She married the love of her life, her husband of 64 years, Cordell Miracle, on November 15, 1953.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Cordell Miracle; brothers, Jim Jones and Ed Smith; sisters, Pauline Hensley and Bammie Maxwell; one grandson, three great-grandchildren, and her niece, Diana Hensley.
She is survived by her children, Karen (Mike) Bradley of Harrogate, TN, Sandy Baker, Tim (Kathy) Miracle, Terry Miracle, all of Middlesboro, KY, and Sherry (Sam) Bays of New Tazewell, TN; sisters, Alene Collins and Edna Jones, of Middlesboro, KY; and brothers, Otis Jones and Reverend Enoch (Anita) Jones, of Middlesboro, KY; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 4 great, great-grandchildren.

The family of Elizabeth Miracle will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel in Middlesboro, KY. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Reverend Nathan Ledford presiding. Music will be provided by the House of Refuge church singers.
Family and friends will meet at 11:15 a.m., on Friday, March 29, 2024, at Cawood Funeral Home, Middlesboro, KY, to travel in procession to Yellow Hill Cemetery, Middlesboro, KY, where the graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon.
Pallbearers will be Chad Yeary, Shawn Howard, Terry Cordell Miracle, Michael Bradley, James Bradley, Cole Yeary and Eli Jones. Honorary Pallbearers will be her great-grandchildren and her great, great-grandchildren.
