Edith Betterley

Edith (Robbins) Betterley, age 92, of London, KY, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 23, 2019 at the Laurel Heights Nursing Home in London, KY. She was born on November 25, 1926, the daughter of the late James M. Robbins and Rosie E. Miracle Robbins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Betterley.

She is survived by her brothers, General Robbins of Middlesboro, KY and Clinton (Kenny) Robbins of London, KY; stepdaughter, Patricia Kern of New York, NY; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 27, 2019 from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. David Rice officiating. Graveside service will immediately follow at the Turner Cemetery at Hutch, KY.
