The family of Donna Howe will receive friends on Monday, May 5, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel in Middlesboro, KY. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
