Deborah Kirk

June 9, 1960 — February 8, 2019

Deborah Francis Barger Kirk, age 58, born June 9, 1960 in McAllen, Texas to the late David and Pamela Glaney Barger passed away Friday, February 8, 2019 in Baltimore, Maryland.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Karl Kirk, Jr.; her daughter, Nicole Koerner; grandparents, Glenn and Lavada Johnson Glancy and Chot and Opal Collingsworth; all who loved her as their own.

Debbie is survived by her son, David Michael (Cindy) Frost; her mother, Pam Glancy; grandchildren, Amber Frost, Nathan and Nevan Koerner. Two adult children she raised as her own, Summer and Hunter Carter; brothers, Dennis (Amy) Barger and Michael (Janice) Barger; Nephews, Eric Barger, John Michael Barger and Brandon Barger; Nieces, Ashley Tate and Tabitha Barger; Ex-husband, Paul Michael Frost; Mother-in-law, Mary Ann Frost; Brother-in-laws, Steve Frost, Andy Frost, John Frost and Frank Frost; Sister-in-law, Leada Frost.

Debbie loved all of her family dearly. She also loved all of her horses and dogs. Sometimes it was hard to tell which she loved best on cold rainy nights, when the horses got loose.

She had been ill, most of her adult life from an auto accident and diabetes, but when she lost Nicole, she began to lose ground on a daily basis. She had been on life support and dialysis since July 1, 2018 and was a double amputee.

Last year she came to visit for a few days and began marking plans to move back home. We got to exchange hugs and memories that are so precious now. We will always love and remember her. Bless you Debbie and may you rest in peace – Nicole is waiting on you.
