David Keith Channell, 72 of Harlan, formerly of Middlesboro, KY, passed away June 26, 2019 at the Harlan ARH after a short illness.
He was born February 11, 1947 in Middlesboro, KY. Preceded in death by father Newman Channell, mother Elizabeth Motch Channell, and infant daughter Amy Bree Haven Channell.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Survived by sons Shawn and Christopher Channell, and daughters Shaye and Shannon Channell.
