Connie Kaye Gray, age 60, of Middlesboro, KY, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2019 peacefully at her home. She was born December 15, 1959, the daughter of the late Cammie Gray and Opal Brooks. Connie loved gardening and mowing grass.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her special cousin, Eddie Gray and her grandmother, Elsie Gray.

She is survived by her daughter, Jamie Lynn Minton and husband, T.J. of Cumberland Gap, TN; grandchildren, Colton and Dalton Minton, brothers, Cammie Gray Jr. and wife, Kathy of Summit, MS, Marty Gray and wife, Deedee of Flat Lick, KY, Hairm Gray and wife, Trena of Flat Lick, KY, Jimmy Jackson of Middlesboro, KY and Charlie Jackson of Middlesboro, KY; sister, Lillie Kay Savage and husband, Gary of Tuscon, AZ; special aunts, Bonnie Grindell of Dunkirk, OH, Thelma Elder of Walker, KY and Edna Payne of Pineville, KY; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2019 at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Dempsey officiating.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Gambrell, T. J. Minton, Bill Bingham, Ron Garland, Lynn “Carbide” Baker and James Baker. Graveside service will immediately follow in the Smith Cemetery at Flat Lick, KY.
