Cassie Ball

Cassie Diana Ball, 74, a resident of Middlesboro, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Baptist Health in Corbin, KY.

She was born August 27, 1945 in Sterling, TN, the daughter of the late James W. and Annas Christine Reece Spoons.

She had retired from AT&T as a telephone operator.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a Sister: Mary Delilah Moyers.  She is survived by the following members of her family:

A daughter: Donna Christine Ball

A brother: Conny Spoons

Nephews: Arlo, Terry, Jerry and J.B. Moyers, Conny Julian Spoons, Jr.

Niece: Christy Lynn Johnson

And a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Michael Padgett presiding.

Interment will follow in the Hurst Cemetery in Middlesboro.  Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.

The family of Cassie Ball will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, at the Cawood Funeral Home.
