Byran T. Partin, 60, of Frakes, KY, passed away Monday, August 29, 2022 at the Tri State Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility.
He was born February 2, 1962, in Jellico, TN, the son of the late Edward and Bettye Jones Partin.
Survivors include his siblings: Judy Partin, Layne Partin and Scott Partin
and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
At Byran's request, all services will be private.
