Bobbie Ann Lynch, age 93, of Harrogate, TN, entered her Heavenly home, on Saturday, April 26, 2025. She passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side. Bobbie was born on May 30, 1931, in Middlesboro, KY, to the late Bob and Anna Mae Thompson Hyde.
Bobbie, or “Aunt Bobbie” to many, was a truly selfless woman that always trusted in Our Lord and His love. She never failed to spread love to those she encountered. She stood as an incredibly positive and dependable influence on her family, her church, and her community. Bobbie was as independent as she was selfless. She never asked for anything from anyone, only that they, "come back and see me soon." She had a strong love for food and gathering around the dinner table. She delighted in seeing her family together, joking around, and retiring to the den in the evening to share stories, look through her many photo albums, and converse on current events. She took incredible care of her family and rarely passed judgement while doing it. Those who were blessed to know her were inspired to be a better person by her example.
In addition to her parents, Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Marion Lynch; sister, Janet Sue Hyde; aunt, Frances Gambrel; and niece, Anna Bronwyn Hyde Jones.
Left to cherish her memory are her nephew, James Kyle Lynch (Stephanie); niece, Courtney Hyde Cox; great-nieces and nephews, Christina Gibson (Bradley), Cassidy Spring Cox, Thomas Levi Cox, Garrett Wade Graves, Eleanor Jocelyn Lynch, and James Paul Lynch; great-great-nieces and nephews, Madalynn Elizabeth Walters, Treyton Lee Gibson, Raelynn Jade Gibson, and Ashlyn Quinn Gibson; special family member, Belinda Bratcher; and lifelong family friend, Brenda Vowell as well as a host of other family and friends.
The family extends a heartfelt thank you to Amedisys Home Health Care (a special thank you to Frances Hill who was more than a nurse, she was a friend), the caregivers that took such wonderful care of “Miss Bobbie”, the staffs of Middlesboro ARH ICU, Tri-State Nursing, and Suncrest Hospice.
