Billy Bullins

Billy Ray Bullins age 69 of Middlesboro, KY passed away November 26, 2019 at Mountain View Nursing and Rehab Facility. He was born March 26, 1950 to the late William Junior Bullins and Mary Alice Bullins. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 45 years Betty Jean Bullins, son Eddie Ray Bullins and six sisters: Brenda, Connie, Kathy, Linda Sherry, Rosetta and one brother: Michael Bullins.

Billy leaves behind his children: Ernie Lee Hurst, Marion, NC, Frank (Stacie) Bullins, Ewing, VA, Sharon (Destry) Patterson, Ewing, VA, Brenda (Thomas) Walker, Middlesboro, KY, Billie Jean Bullins, Middlesboro, KY: Grandchildren: Whitney (Bobby) Gilbert, Brandon Bullins, Angel Bullins, Katelynn Walker, Abigail Bullins, Jacob Bullins: Great Grandchildren: Hunter Patterson Gilbert, Sabrina Gilbert, Kayleigh Dusseau and Baby Boy Huddleston on the way. Sisters: Lisa Barnett (Luther Hubbard) and Beulah (Walter) Davis. Brothers: Carl Eddie (Sharon) Partin and Joe Randall (Lisa) Bullins. Brothers-in-law: Alfred Hurst, Larry (Linda) Hurst, Jerry Hurst and Joe Hurst. A very special friend that he called son, Chris Ables and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 1:00pm at the Creech Funeral Home, Middlesboro, KY. Rev. Justin Warwick officiating, and music will be provided by the Warwick Family. Family will receive friends Saturday, November 30, 2019 from 11:00am until 1:00pm in the Creech Funeral Home Chapel, Middlesboro, KY. Burial will follow in the Oak View Cemetery.
